HANTAI® Silica Fiber Self-Adhesive Tape offers easy and quick spiral wrap to pipes, hoses, or cables, providing protection against extreme heat, frame and molten metal splashes.
Made of pure Silica fiber yarn (SiO2 content ≥96%) coated with pressure sensitive adhesive backing on one side, it’s suitable for continuous use at 1832°F(1000°C) and short-term exposure up to 3000°F (1650°C).
This silica tape exhibits excellent flexibility, high tensile strength and minimal lineal shrinkage under extreme heat conditions. The self-adhesive backing accelerates easy and convenient installation, and it will decompose when heated at elevated temperatures, leaving perfect spirally wrapped pipes, hoses, or cables.
